>> While the coronavirus rages on in the United States (and much of the world) our attention is drawn to the statistics, as if that alone tells us all we need to know. As with most pandemics, whatever information the people get is highly managed so as to shape behavior in order to control expansion of disease. All the people need to know is how terrible the pandemic or outbreak is and what is required of them to make it go away.
In this light we take a look at the coronavirus and how it is reshaping how we function within our society, yielding to systems of authority and accepting that they know best. But other than what we're told, is that all we need to know and do?
